Crunchy Roasted Chickpea !!!





WHAT YOU NEED:
one can chickpeas
oil (olive) cooking spray
pinch of sea salt or kosher salt

HOW TO MAKE THIS:
in the first step heat the oven to 400 deg.
the second step  you should drain & wash the chickpeas. then pick off any loose skin. 
the third step: Pat dry & spread out over a Silpat on a rimmed cookie sheet. Sprinkle lightly with oil (olive) cooking spray place in the in the oven. 
the fourth step: now cook for 15 - 20 min & then give them a good shak.
they aren’t crispy, keep cooking. 
Remove from oven, spray with salt
and here we gooooooooooooooo :p 
serve, enjoy and have a nice meal !!!

Twice Baked Potatoes !!!





INGREDIENTS:
four large potatoes, baked
1/2 cup sour cream 
1/2 cup butter 
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup cooked, crumbled bacon
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 scallions, diced

teaspoon = tsp

HOW TO MAKE THIS:
preheat the oven to 400 deg.
the first thing you should do is : Cut potatoes in half lengthwise & scoop potato out of the skins & into a medium bowl. after this you should put the remaining ingredients in our bowl & beat until fluffy. 
Bake for a 20 min.

banana dream pie





WHAT YOU NEED:
1 baked pie crust
4 large egg yolks, slightly beaten
2/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 cups milk
2 tbsp butter, softened
1 tbsp vanilla
3 large bananas
Whipped cream for topping

( Tablespoon = tbsp )

HOW TO MAKE THIS:
the first step: first thing you should prepare baked pie crust.
the second step: in a medium bowl try to beat the egg yolks with a fork. blend sugar, cornstarch & salt in smal bowl. then gradually stir in milk.

the third step: use a medium heat to cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens & boils. Boil & stir for one (1 min ).

the fourth step: Immediately stir at least half of the hot mixture gradually into egg yolks, stir back into hot mixture in saucepan. then Boil and stir for one min (1 min); after this remove from heat.

the fifth step: Stir in butter & vanila .the use plastic and try to cover bowl. Refrigerate until room temperature. 

the final step: her we gooooo in this step slice two large bananas into pie shell. then pour filling over bananas. and garnish with the slices . Top the pie with whipped cream and her we gooooooooooo!!:p

Egg Potato Bacon





WHAT YOU NEED:
2 Cups Ore-Ida® Potatoes O'Brien
2 tbsp Milk
3 tbsp Butter
6 Eggs
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
1/2 Cup Pepper Jack Cheese
1/2 Cup Cheddar Cheese Shredded
1 Cup Bacon, crumbled

tablespoon = tbsp
teaspoon = tsp

HOW TO MAKE THIS:
heat oven to 350 deg 
the first step: we try to melting the butter in the microwave.
 after this let's add the potatoes & microwave for ten min (10 min).
the second step: stir eggs, milk, salt, & jack cheese.
after this pour all over potatoes. 
the final step: bake for 20 min or until eggs have set.
Remove from oven & spray with Cheddar cheese & bacon.
Serve .

CINNAMON ROLL CAKE !!!






WHAT YOU NEED:
three cups flour
¼ tsp. salt
one cup sugar
four tsp. baking powder
1½ cups milk
tow eggs
tow tsp. vanilla
½ cup butter, melted
TOPPING
one cup butter, softened
one cup brown sugar
tow Tbsp. flour
one Tbsp. cinnamon
GLAZE
tow cups powdered sugar
five Tbsp. milk
one tsp. vanilla

HOW TO MAKE THIS:
first you have to make the oven in 350 degrees.
after you should Spray a 9×13 glass baking pan with cooking spray & Set aside.
now let's add flour In an electric mixer add also salt, sugar, baking powder, milk, eggs, and vanilla. Once combined well , slowly stir in the melted butter. Pour into the prepared 9×13 baking pan.
topping :
first take a large bowl to mix the 2 sticks of butter, brown sugar, flour and cinnamon together until well combined and creamy. Drop evenly over the batter by the tablespoonfuls after use a knife to marble/swirl through the cake. 
after Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes 
glaze :
use a medium bowl, to mix the powdered sugar, milk and vanilla together with a whisk. Drizzle evenly over the warm cake.
you can Serve it  warm or at room temperature.

Not yo Mamas Banana Pudding





Ingredients:
2 bags Pepperidge Farm Chessmen Cookies OR 2 bags Vanilla Wafers
6 to 8 bananas, sliced
2 cups whole milk
* 1 (5 oz.) box instant French Vanilla pudding
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (12 oz.) container frozen whipped topping thawed, or equal amount sweetened whipped cream

Directions:
Line the bottom of a 13x9 inch dish with 1 bag of cookies and layer bananas on top.

Bowl 1 
Combine the milk and pudding mix and blend well using a handheld electric mixer.

Bowl 2
Combine the cream cheese and condensed milk together and mix until smooth.

Fold the whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture.
Add the cream cheese mixture to the pudding mixture and stir until well blended.

Pour the mixture over the cookies and bananas and cover with the remaining cookies. 

Let pudding set in refrigerator until served!

Crescent Chicken




WHAT YOU NEED :
1 (8 or 6 jumbo count) package refrigerator crescent rolls
2 cups chopped cooked chicken
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can of milk 

HOW TO MAKE IT :
First step: 
let's preheat oven to 350 
second step: 
begin by prepare soup using milk and set aside.
then we Separate crescent rolls.
third step: 
one spoon chicken and cheese onto each crescent or as you prefer; roll and seal to enclose filling.
put all  in a 9×13 baking dish.
Final step:
we pour the soup over rolls carefully.
Bake at 350 uncovered for 30 min.

Ingredients
2-3 lbs Boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 cups minute rice
1 package onion soup mix
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 can of cream of celery soup
1 can of chicken stock (or water)

Directions
First Step:  first make the oven in 375 degrees
Second Step:  then mix in a medium size bowl the minute rice, 
cream of chicken 
& celery soup, and chicken stock 
after Add mixture to a buttered (or nonstick sprayed) 9 x 13 baking dish.
Third Step:  Lay raw chicken breasts on top of rice mixture and sprinkle 
the onion soup mix over the top.
Final Step:  now Cover it  with tin foil and bake for 1/2 hours.
to serve you can use salad or potato rolls and have a nice meal

WHAT YOU NEED :
6 cups diced potatoes
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup
1 stick butter, melted
1 cup sour cream
2 cups cheddar cheese, grated, divided
1/4 c. grated onion (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste

HOW TO MAKE THIS:
First step : you should combine soup, butter, sour cream, one c. cheese, onion, salt ,pepper. Mix well. then add potatoes & stir gently until combined.
The Second step : we finishid by Placing potato mixture in a 2-3 quart casserole dish or 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Top with the remaining 1 c. cheese.
Final step : oven to 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

Ingredients:
8 medium potatoes (about 2 1/2 to 3 lb. total), peeled and cut into 1-inch chunks
1 cup NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Evaporated Milk
1/2 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 cups (8-oz. pkg.) shredded cheddar cheese, divided
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled, divided
Sliced green onions (optional)

Directions:
first choose place potatoes in large saucepan. Cover with water; bring to a boil. Cook over medium-high heat for 15 to 20 minutes or until tender; drain.
make the oven in  350° F  andGrease 2 1/2- to 3-quart casserole dish.
after return potatoes to saucepan; add evaporated milk, sour cream, salt and pepper. Beat with hand-held mixer until smooth. Stir in 1 1/2 cups cheese and half of bacon. Spoon mixture into prepared casserole dish.
bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until heated through. Top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese, remaining bacon and green onions. Bake for an additional 3 minutes or until cheese is melted.

WHAT YOU NEED:
1 (16 ounce) can whole cranberry sauce 
1 (21 ounce) can apple pie filling 
1 (18.25 ounce) box yellow cake mix 
1/2 cup 1 stick butter 
1/2 cup chopped almonds, walnuts or granola

HOW YOU MAKE THIS:
The first step: preheat the oven to 320 deg F.
The second step: in this step try to dump cranberries into an dish 9 x 13 (no greased )
The third step: emptying apple pie filling into dish no greased.after this spread mixture evenly & "sift" dry cake mix on the top.
The fourth step: cut butter & dot over the cake.
Spray granola over the cake.
The final step: Bake  for 75 min. refrigerate for 10 min.
Serve with ice cream. and herrrrr we goooooooo, ( bon appetit :p )
